You can track your shipment 24/7 using our online tracking portal. When your order is processed, you will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number. Simply enter this number on our website to see its real-time status.

We accept payments via all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as direct bank transfers (EFT). We also offer flexible invoicing options for our recurring 3PL and freight clients.

In the rare event a package is lost, please contact our support team immediately with your tracking number. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and guide you through the claims process. We highly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for full financial protection.
